Manolia Group began in 2001 as Manolya MEP Contracting Co., founded to meet the UAE’s demand for quality mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. Its first decade was spent inside some of the region’s most demanding buildings — towers, hotels, hospitals and palaces — where systems must simply work.
In 2015 the group added Manolya Building Contracting Co., extending its responsibility from building services to the building itself. Today the group operates five construction companies covering general contracting, MEP, electrical and air-conditioning works.
Eng. Mustafa Zakwan Kassas
Founder, Chairman & Group CEO
A mechanical engineer (B.Sc., Tishreen University, 1990), Eng. Mustafa Zakwan Kassas has worked in UAE construction since 1991 — as site engineer on Abu Dhabi towers, on ADNOC’s Habshan gas development, as an HVAC design engineer, and as project manager with a leading international MEP contractor — before founding Manolia in 2001.
